New tech starting Monday? Office person moving on? Team changes in Escape go through us — one message, and it's handled completely.

How it works

Contact Escape support with the person's name, role (office or tech), email, and cell number. For a one-time $149, we build them in completely:

  • Login — their own account, set up for their role
  • Permissions — exactly what an office person or tech should see, nothing they shouldn't (who sees what)
  • Calendars — their booking calendar, staffed and live on the dispatch view, crew calendar if they run doubles
  • Notifications — their jobs, their tasks, their alerts, routed to them
  • Training — a walkthrough of their piece of the system, so they're productive on day one

There is never a monthly seat fee. The $149 is one-time, and that's it.

Why isn't there just an "add user" button?

Because a person in Escape isn't just a login. A tech is wired into calendars, job routing, on-the-way texts, task assignments, and notifications. A half-added user looks fine — until jobs silently skip them, tasks assign to nobody, and a customer's "your tech is on the way" text never sends. You'd find out days later, from an annoyed customer.

Having Escape build every person in means every wire gets connected, tested, and confirmed — every time. It's the same reason nobody edits the automations: the system stays reliable because changes go through people who can see all of it.

Replacing someone

Same process — tell us who's leaving and who's taking over. We deactivate the old account, build the new person in, and re-route everything that pointed at the old person so nothing falls into a gap between them.

Removing someone

Tell us the day someone leaves (or before). We deactivate their access immediately and re-route their assignments so no job or task is left pointed at an empty chair.

Seat allowances

Each plan includes a set number of team members — 4 on Stabilize, 8 on Optimize, 12 on Elevate, unlimited on Liberate. See Plans, upgrading, and billing.
