Every person on your team gets their own Escape login, set up for their job. There are three kinds of accounts.

Owner

You see the whole business:

  • Every conversation, every contact, every job, every calendar
  • The full dashboard and reporting
  • Payments, invoices, transactions, refunds, and your price book
  • Reviews and your online reputation

If it happens in your shop, you can see it.

Office

Office accounts run the day-to-day:

  • The full inbox — every call, text, and email with customers
  • Contacts, jobs, and the dispatch board
  • Calendars — booking, rescheduling, assigning
  • Invoices and payments, deposits, and sending what needs to be sent
  • The dashboard and call reporting

Office is the engine room. Most of the daily work in Escape happens here.

Tech

Techs see their own work — clean and simple:

  • Their own appointments
  • Their own conversations with their customers
  • Their own jobs on the board
  • Collecting payment on site

No clutter, no other techs' schedules, no office paperwork. A tech opens the app and knows exactly where they're going next.

Why nobody edits the automations

You'll notice there's no screen for editing the automatic messages and sequences. That's on purpose — for every account, including the owner's.

The automations are the machinery of your business: missed-call text-backs, estimate follow-up, review requests, payment reminders. One wrong edit could silently stop follow-up on every open quote in your pipeline. So Escape's team maintains them for every client — tested, safely, with nothing left to chance.

Want something changed? That's what we're here for. See Requesting changes and customizations.

Adding or changing people

New hire? Someone leaving? Escape sets team members up completely — login, permissions, calendars, notifications, and training — so nothing gets missed. See Adding, replacing, or removing a team member.
