Maintenance plans are the steadiest money in the trades: predictable revenue, loyal customers, and a full shoulder season. Escape runs yours end to end.

Your plans

Escape supports up to three membership plans, built around whatever your shop sells — your names, your prices, your benefits. They're set up during onboarding to match your program.

What happens when a customer subscribes

The moment a customer signs up and their subscription starts, membership kicks in automatically:

  • They're tagged as a member on their plan — visible on their contact record, so anyone on your team can see membership status at a glance.
  • They get a welcome confirming their plan and what it includes.
  • Their member pricing applies — member rates for their plan are what your team quotes and charges them going forward.
  • Their reminders switch to the member track — see Tune-up reminders.

How customers sign up

Customers can join through your membership checkout, or your office can set a customer up when they say yes at the kitchen table. CONFIRM: the exact signup paths configured for this client — checkout link, office flow

Spotting a member

Before quoting a price or booking a visit, glance at the contact — the member tag tells you which plan they're on, so nobody quotes a member the non-member rate. That tiny habit is what makes the program feel real to customers.
